High waisted shorts- am I too, well, short?

You're definitely not too short for high waisted shorts in general, but I think those look a bit long to be flattering. If that's your sort of style, go for it. You can still tell you have a great figure under there, but personally if I had those shorts I would take them to a tailor and have them taken in at the thighs and shorten a few inches. Good luck!
