Cash for Clunkers Car Buying Stimulus Bill?

Democrats at least tempt to address this situation . But I agree - it is like pushing a Bolder Up hill when it involves something like this and the government - especially when it comes to the Lobbyist and their power of money. I consider many Lobbyist to be pretty evil people .
