How many Cub fans are through with the Cubs?

I'm a White Sox fan, and some of my Cub fan friends say they are through with the Cubs. They can't take it any more. The one guy says he's burning all his Cub memorabilia and becoming a Cardinal fan. He says he can't be a White Sox fan. Any Cubs fan feel the same way?
