Any information on the composer Miguel Sadoval?

I am having trouble finding a biography online of the composer Miguel Sandoval. I am not looking for information on the film/tv actor. The Sandoval I'm looking for is a hispanic (not sure of country of origin)composer who lived from 1903-1953. Can anyone help? I'd really appreciate links to biographical information, or just any information you may know. Thanks!
