Is my wife making me do too much around the house?

I am a husband of 3 years and work a full time and very stressful job at least 60 hours a week. When I come home I am responsible for all the dishes and cleanup of our 2 year old child. On the weekends I sleep in 1 day and as soon as I am up I take care of my son for the rest of the day as well as prepare food for the family and clean the house. Sunday I am awake at 6am with my son and take care of him all day including the cooking and cleaning throughout the day of the entire house. I also do the laundry on the weekends. My wife cooks for me once a week and I eat the same dish every night when I come home from work because it's too much for her to cook every day. (No problem) She is responsible for our son and his care and that is all. It seems lopsided to me but she ures me that it is not and that I need to help out more. What do you think?
