Human resource management career?

I am considering getting into HR, and I want to know if I have to major in HRM. I've always loved the field of psychology and I was thinking making it my major and HRM my minor. I know a major in business with the HRM minor would be more marketable but I am terrible with math and numbers, and not interested. So would I be able to get a job in the Human resources field? I heard there are certificate programs in HRM I can do after I graduate. Thanks!!
