Where can I find really cute combat boots?

I couldn't come up with a better title. I've already looked on Forever 21, Aldo, Urban Outfitters, Deb, Torrid. Aldo and Urban Outfitters do have what I want, but it's way out of my price range. I would prefer lace up boots, not ones with buckles. Thanks for answering. :)
