What Is This Movie?!?

I know it has Eddie Griffin in it or some one close to that. It's about 2 black men. One is a business kind of guy that is like suspected of murder and like Griffin's character is like a street hustler or something like that. Then they like meet in the subway and switch places or something and are like trying to avoid the cops? I don't even expect it to be a very good movie, I just always watched the trailer when I was really young and thought it looked interesting.
