Yes you can sue but not for a broken game, THEY WANT IT THERE! Also you have nothing to worry about with that particular Secu(rity)ROM. It is actually benign and just prevents you from coping the files to another form of media. The bad ones are on SIMS, which is why EA is being sued royally, it actually prevents you from removing certain files from your hard drive permanently once they are installed.
