Is wearing a red bandanna on the head still a gang symbol?

not always. many times construction workers wear it to protect them from the sun and for their sweat to be out of their eyes. but many unfortunately use it as a gang symbol and that is how this came about. but the bandana it self is not a bad thing to wear.
