Is it wrong to dress up a cat?

It could probably itch, maybe choke the cat, but if it gives her extra warmth and she like it (like purrs you know ^^) then you can dress her up!. One time I dressed up my cat in a dress and bloomers and she pooped everywhere xD But I was only five and I didn't know better xDDDD So I prefer a loose dress if you did want to dress up a cat, but without the bloomers cuz she'd poop on it. And make sure its loose enough, or else your cat would choke. If she doesn't like her, take it off, because it could hurt the poor kitty's skin.
