Help me Please Answer PLEASE!!!?

My ankles hurt when I lay down and at other times too (not ALL the time) What is wrong and how should I treat them?! I dont remeber doing anything to them recently!!! I play soccer and am very skilled in the footwork, is that why? Help what is wrong and how should I treat them?
