Downloading PS3 games off sites like www.unlimitedps3downloads.com and www.anygamedownloads.com/?

I came across www.unlimitedps3downloads.com and http://anygamedownloads.com/ these both claim that you can download PS3 games from their server forever for a one time payment but they look sort of flakey and I don't trust them....I was wondering if anyone out there is actually a member and could shed some light on the legitimacy of these two websites? Or just if anyone knows?
