i gave up only wheat sugar dairy and preservatives for two weeks, unable to delay the gratification of my two favorite food groups any longer i ate a large piece of cinnamon swirl bread(non dairy) and a cup of coffee (no milk, just sugar) about 30 minutes ago. i felt heavy and sort of dizzy and almost nauseous instantaneously. i dont know what this means, are these symptoms of a food intolerance or allergy? i love cinnamon swirl bread!!!
