MUD makeup school? cali, and aparments??HELP?

I've walked past there. There are apartments near the theatre, within walking distance, it's right next to the AMC Burbank 16, above the Pinkberry and NYX store. It's Palm and San Fernando. Really close to the school, take you about three minutes walking. Also, there are a ton of apartments in near Downtown Burbank, they're everywhere.
