Maternity leave in the army reserve ( ROTC )?

I want to join the reserve via ROTC. I want to have a child soon. What does the army offer as far as leave? Could I take leave and come back? I wouldn't want to get discharged so how does this work? Im a stable individual and can handle a lot on my plate and have family support. I'm in great health and know how to push my self. I'm thinking that I would need 3-4 months off. ( 2 months at the end of term and 1 month to recoup) Is this allowable?
