Deadline for completing admission requirements for Cal States and UCs?

I am currently in community colIege. I checked the deadline for Cal State Long Beach for Fall 2011 admission, and it says that everything has to be completed in spring 2011. I couldn't find the deadline for any other universities; I could only find the one for CSULB. I calculated all the cles I need to take for Fall admission, and I will complete 57 units at the end of spring 2011. I really want to take the last 3 unit cl in Summer 2011, so it will be 60 unit total. Will they let me take the last cl in Summer?
