Can someone who understands computers help me with a firewall question PLEASE?

hi okay so i had a firewall set up for me (comodo) on my computer with a rule about not allowing tcp/udp from source any ip to something. but i accidentally deleted it and tried to put it back but i put blocm source any to destination any and i think its been making my internet weird and i cant download movies on youtube for example. what should i change the destination to in order for it to still work well but for me to be able to also have good internet?
