Anyone have experience with measles in a child?

Last night my child had a fever of 103.3,her eyes were very pink,now the fever has gone away,her eyes have gine back to relatively normal,she won't open them fully for me,she ca,just won't. Is this the norm if a child has the measles. She has no diagnosis I was just wondering because I typed in reddened eyes with fever and that is what came up so now I am worried.
