Is it normal to love your partner, but also be really irritated by him at the same time?

I have been with my partner for a year. He is kind, considerate and faithful. He also has these really annoying traits which drive me nuts such as he has a habit of holding his breath, he snores so loudly it wakes the neighbours, he is lazy and does no housework at all unless forced too. He also invites me around to his home, feigns "illness" such as sore feet or headache and goes to bed , wanting me to make meals, walk dog, do all washing etc. This happens more frequently. I have mentioned it to him but he says that he is ill. He wants me to marry him and have a baby, I dont want to be responsible for running home, working, baby and dog on my own if he is "ill" any advice?
