Why do people obsess over me?

It's because you're new. People like to see the new girl(or guy.) My family is British so we moved to Wales for a year 5 years ago. We're back here now. But when I get there all of the kids obsessed over me because I was Canadian and they thought it was very fascinating and they loved my accent. They would always be like 'Say something! Say something!' And would always be around me and always told me to say water. So when I did, I pronounce it like wah-der. And they were like omg! Because they say it like woota. After a bit though, they treated me just fine. I am sure they will get used to it. Also, if you're very pretty girls will get jealous of you and probably be mean to you because guys might like you.. Just ignore them.
