What exactly was the spirituality espoused in "Waking Life" the movie?

Well, the fact that I sleep walk, and on some occasions remeber doing it, check out my 360 blog for that story, and I talk in my sleep, means that most nights I have very vivid dreams, and on occasion I do have dreams within dreams.
