What employers are known to hire people of non violent felony charges?

this is my first time i have ever been in trouble with the law. I admit i made a BIG mistake and i need to get back to working. I owe restitution and they are begging for their money every month but with a felony record, it seems like nobody seems to want to take a chance on me. Not even a lot of temp agencies out here in n.c. I hope someone can help me out please. I know it is really in gods hands. All i can do is pray.
