Ok, i just found out i am hypoglycemic. And im not a diabetic.?

what does that mean? and what am i suppost to do???? i heard that i should test my blood sugar but how do i do that. does it cost money? obvioulsy i need help. can anyone tell me anything. or does anyone else have this. please HELP!!!
