The company cannot pay you 1/3 of your salary. This is not legal. You can cimplain to the labour ministry. ONly if you are demoted or change job scope and the company must give you a official letter and you must accept the letter. Unless the company tell you now pay 1/3 and 2/3 pay later, then this is a different story. You will need to act fast as if the company go bust you will not get pay totally.
