How to transfer pics from an old SD card onto a new one....?

I just got the Samsung Continuum from Verizon and i used to have the LG EnV3...on my env3, i had a sd card for 2 GB, when the continuum takes 8 GB. I have some pics on my old SD card that i love but i can't figure out how to save the pics onto my continuum rather than the SD card. Help me please! thankyou:)
